Business Development Manager – KazakhstanAn international logistics provider is seeking a BDM in Kazakhstan. What you’ll do: Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting to contract signing – delivering measurable business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding service. Identify and secure new opportunities in rail, land, and ideally ocean freight. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations. What we’re looking for: Proven sales track record in logistics (rail/land essential; ocean freight a plus, air advantageous). Knowledge of the client market in Kazakhstan, including key customers and projects.
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills. Financial acumen with the ability to craft winning strategies. Excellent networking skills and fluent English, RussianWillingness to travel. 📍 Location: Kazakhstan (Remote option available)
