The PositionHead of HRThe CompanyOur Client, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Head of HR. The JobResponsibilities: Lead HR and administrative operations in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan;Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives and regional specifics;Manage the full HR cycle:
recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, motivation, employee engagement, and personnel administration;Plan and control HR budgets;Build and support corporate culture, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives;Apply modern HR tools (KPI, Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Analytics);Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards;Collaborate with the international HQ and participate in global HR projects;Maintain effective communication with local authorities on labor and corporate issues.
The CandidateProven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in international companies;Strong knowledge of labor legislation in Kazakhstan;Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution;Excellent communication and leadership skills;Strong Excel expertise;English – Upper Intermediate or higher.
