This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth import processes, efficient transportation flows, and effective collaboration with regional partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage goods administration (sales items & merchandising materials) through internal systemsCoordinate order completion, payment tracking, shipping documentation, and delivery statusOrganize international transportation to Kazakhstan and CIS countries (Air, Truck, Rail, etc.
)Oversee customs clearance processes, liaising with brokerage companies and ensuring compliance with local legislationArrange product certification for new itemsSupervise warehouse operations, including acceptance, labeling, stocking, and shipment preparationRequirements: Minimum 2-3 years of logistics experience in an international environment (retail, FMCG, pharma, spare parts, or equipment preferred)Higher education, ideally in logistics or a related fieldStrong communication skills in Russian and EnglishSolid knowledge of order administration, import processes, customs clearance, and transportationExcellent Excel skills and an analytical mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
