You will be instrumental in driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and delivering high-impact projectsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the Consulting, Technology, and Transactions practice in KazakhstanDevelop and implement business growth strategies for the regionBuild, maintain, and expand relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makersOversee the delivery of complex, high-value consulting projectsCollaborate with regional and international teams to design and deliver integrated client solutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of projects through proactive business developmentRepresent the Company at industry events and forums to enhance market presenceMentor and develop local consulting teamsThe Candidate:
Currently at Partner or Senior Director level in a top-tier consulting or professional services firm15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleStrong, well-established business network in Kazakhstan (Central Asia – an advantage)Proven track record of developing business and closing deals at the executive levelExpertise in Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and/or Oilfield Services would be a big plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Russian/Kazakh – a plus)Ability to lead cross-border teams and coordinate regional initiativesFor more info contact your Antal recruiter on gulfairuz. kabdrakhmanova@antal. com
