Job Description

职责1、协助业务团队并提供人力资源支持,包含但不限于入转调离等人事流程2、负责定期对业务底盘进行诊断,包含离职分析、薪资分析和员工满意度分析等,并制定针对性改善方案3、为组织发展做好人才盘点、培养与留存,并开展区域培训,挖掘区域优秀人才,推动区域人员储备和晋升,建设区域后备人才梯队4、负责所服务区域劳动关系,维护政企关系,处理劳动投诉等风险,协助员工工伤报销5、负责策划并组织实施企业文化活动(如员工关怀、战役表彰等),提升员工归属感;运营区域企业文化传播渠道(事业部公众号、视频号等),文化助力一线发展岗位需求:1、2025届本科毕业生及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先2、对人事工作充满热情,对公司文化具备高度认同感,志在四方,服从公司调动3、具备人事相关岗位实习经验、良好的团队协作意识与沟通表达能力4、具备优秀的学习能力,一定的抗压能力及韧性
