Job DescriptionMonitor and assess 1 Direct Report under the Compliance Team.Attendance and leave allocation monitoring.Update EFRM team directory.Monitor completion of E-learning courses.Review of capacity planning.Daily CRR batch upload.Monitor and provide responses to Legal correspondence.Refer escalated cases (subpoena / demand letters) to Legal team.Monitor and provide responses to BSP escalated cases for status and final disposition.Case Management and Scams cases approval in Appian.Weekly Phishing Taskforce reporting for Case Management, Scam cases and legal correspondence cases (Monday).Weekly CEG ITSG alignment reporting of trends, open cases, and inflow/outflow of cases (Thursday).Monthly monitoring of KRI values and plot via GRC. Ensures write-ups and root cause analysis (RCA) are provided as needed.Monitor and action items in GRC. To provide artifacts supporting closure of open issues or requesting due date extension for ongoing initiatives to address listed issues.Document the force debiting memo and secure approval from EFRM head, Branch, RBC head, BCM head, SEVP and President.Yearly Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing.Completion of yearly Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).Ensuring compliance to Internal Audit’s letter of commitment requirements.Ensuring submission of requirements to the Compliance Team.Ensuring submission of requirements to the Risk Team.Ensuring compliance and submission of all requirements for the BSP audits. Attends meetings and process walkthrough during the review and provide all necessary documents BSP would need.QualificationsSkillsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative methodologies.Proven ability to leverage technology and automated solutions.Experience managing large group of people.Strong knowledge on credit processes.Strong command of both spoken and written English.Team player and leader. Strong people skills.Ability to translate business strategy to detail processes and high attention to details.Ability to balance and resolve multiple and quite often conflicting objectives.Flexibility and adaptability.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in an expedient manner.Good communications and negotiation skills.Results oriented.Strong analytical skills.
