Anti-Money Laundering Analyst

Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a hybrid AML Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia! *This is a 5-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*As an AML Analyst, you will conduct thorough due diligence and investigations on AML/CTF alerts in compliance with AML/BSA/CTF policies, preparing clear and concise investigation summaries and suspicious activity reports (SARs). Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end investigations of AML/CTF alerts, performing due diligence and preparing clear, accurate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to FinCEN.Serve as an escalation point for Risk Monitoring teams, providing guidance, training, and oversight on complex AML/BSA/CTF cases and detection processes.Proactively identify and implement enhancements to AML/BSA/CTF detection systems while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational risks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in AML/BSA/CTF investigations, SAR reporting, or financial crime compliance.Strong analytical, investigative, and written communication skills with proficiency in AML monitoring tools and regulatory systems.Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
