Job Description

Role PurposeEnsure the company’s financial and reputational security by identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activities, including multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage, and other types of abuse within the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze user activity and transactions to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.Conduct investigations: analyze IP addresses, devices, bets, and gaming patterns.Verify KYC documents and perform different levels of user verification.Detect multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage, and other fraud schemes.Review suspicious winning or losing sessions.Escalate complex cases and collaborate with Support, PSP, Promotions, Sports & Casino Providers.Follow internal KYC/AML policies and fraud-prevention procedures.Contribute to developing fraud rules and setting up automated filters.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in anti-fraud or risk management within the iGaming industry.Strong understanding of KYC/AML principles.Knowledge of financial and bonus fraud schemes.Experience with fraud-detection systems and analytical tools.Understanding of sports betting and casino operations (including live games).Ability to design fraud-prevention rules and configure automatic triggers.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.English — B1+, Ukrainian or Russian — fluent.Work Schedule2/2 shift pattern (12-hour shifts).Why You Should Join UsRemote work.Paid vacation and sick leave.Additional day off on your birthday.Competitive salary — your contribution will be properly valued.Participation in internal company events for knowledge exchange and expertise enhancement.Freedom from micromanagement and rigid hierarchies — decisions are made quickly, and advice is available from any team member.Guaranteed professional development and acquisition of new skills.
