我们的客户是一家中资投资集团。为安提瓜经济特区建设期及运营期招募、管理国际化团队，搭建高效人力资源体系，支持企业战略落地。岗位职责战略招聘1. 主导经济特区批量人才招募，覆盖基建、金融科技、旅游开发等领域。2. 设计跨区域招聘方案（加勒比本地+国际人才），优化从寻源到入职的全流程。团队与文化构建3. 制定特区人才管理制度（薪酬绩效/跨境派遣/文化融合）。4. 解决多元文化团队冲突（欧美/亚洲/加勒比员工协同）。5. 直接向董事长汇报，每日同步招聘进展与风险（需适应跨时区深夜会议）。6. 参与特区政策制定，对接安提瓜劳工部、投资局（AIIC）。条件具体要求1. 语言能力 中文（普通话/粤语）+英文商务级2. 工作经验 8年以上HR管理经验，其中至少1年负责跨境项目招聘
