Integrated Drilling and Completion Division General ManagerKey Responsibilities1. Lead the overall management of the Integrated Drilling and Completion Division, and develop and execute its strategic growth plan.2. Integrate internal and external resources to optimize drilling and completion operations, improving efficiency and service quality.3. Supervise and manage integrated drilling and completion projects to ensure on-time delivery with high-quality performance.4. Drive technical innovation and continuously enhance the technical capabilities and service performance of drilling and completion operations.5. Control project costs to achieve maximum economic efficiency and profitability.6. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to strengthen the company’s market competitiveness.Qualifications & Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the drilling and completion industry, including at least 8 years in management roles with proven experience in leading a business unit or major operation department.3. Strong technical expertise in drilling and completion operations with a deep understanding of market trends, strategic planning, and commercial negotiation.4. Excellent command of English, with strong business negotiation and communication skills to independently lead international business discussions and partnerships.5. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and organizational development capabilities.6. Solid financial management, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.7. Market-oriented mindset with strong innovation awareness, exceptional communication abilities, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
