We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our ANZ sales organisation and drive business growth across the region.About The RoleAs the ANZ Sales Director – Pest Elimination, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand. Your focus will be to accelerate new business growth, elevate customer partnerships and ensure strong retention of our corporate clients. You will set the commercial strategy, coach and uplift sales capability, and own key financial outcomes including volume targets, pricing, contract renewals and variations.This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings a high level of commercial acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyLead, coach and develop a team of 10 sales professionals across ANZDesign and execute the annual sales strategy for new business and corporate accountsDrive high-performance culture and capability uplift across the teamOwn sales forecasting, pipeline health and delivery of volume and growth targetsCommercial ManagementOversee pricing strategy, contract variations, renewals and commercial negotiationsEnsure profitable growth while maintaining strong customer retentionPartner with marketing, service operations and finance teams to deliver integrated solutionsCustomer & Market EngagementBuild and strengthen relationships with strategic and corporate accountsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across food & beverage, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing sectorsRepresent Ecolab Pest Elimination at industry forums, events and customer presentationsOperational ExcellenceAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisionsImplement best-practice sales processes, tools and reportingEnsure compliance with Ecolab’s safety, quality and ethical standardsAbout YouYou are a strategic, energetic and commercially minded sales leader who is passionate about growing people and growing business.
