Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role combines creativity and strategy — managing the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization — while collaborating closely with global teams and manufacturers.🔹 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities一、产品开发与管理 / Product Development & Management识别市场趋势,统筹产品从创意到上市的全过程。审查配方、材料与工艺,协同OEM/ODM厂家进行产品改进。进行成本测算、价格基准和供应商谈判。负责新产品包装开发与质控管理。关注市场动态与竞争格局,制定产品线规划与推广重点。跟踪销售表现,分析价格与市场反馈,提供推广支持。Identify market trends and manage end-to-end product development. Review formulas, materials, and manufacturing processes; collaborate with OEM/ODM partners. Conduct cost analysis and supplier negotiations. Develop packaging and supervise quality control. Research competitors and market shifts; define product line strategies. Analyze sales performance and optimize pricing and marketing focus.二、产品注册与引进规划 / Product Registration & Introduction确保产品配方合法合规,准备注册文件与认证资料。对接总部及厂家,获取进口产品所需文件。核实各国法规及注册要求。负责产品检测、注册证书及代理注册协调。校对包装设计与标签内容,确保印刷信息准确无误。跟进新品进口、运输及报关流程。Ensure compliance with formula approvals and documentation. Liaise with HQ and manufacturers for registration and certification. Verify local legal requirements and registration needs. Coordinate product testing and agent registration. Proofread packaging and labeling before printing. Supervise import logistics and customs procedures.三、产品策略营销与创意文宣 / Product Strategy & Creative Marketing撰写产品文案、手册及网页内容。执行数字营销活动:VMoment、Facebook、Instagram、YouTube 等平台。策划产品视频与顾客见证活动。与创意经理合作,确保品牌一致性与创新性。参与市场推广策划与执行。Develop product content and marketing materials. Execute digital marketing on VMoment, FB, IG, and YouTube. Create engaging videos and testimonial campaigns. Work with creative teams for consistent brand positioning. Plan and execute product promotion campaigns.四、电商与新品开发(云店)/ E-Commerce & Cloud Store Development收集新产品与厂家资料,开展亚太区直销及电商调研。协调电商产品研发流程,提出创新产品策略。与合作厂商沟通价格与上架流程,成功推动多款产品上线。管理电商平台流程与内容审核,优化图片与文案。分析线上销售表现,提出优化建议。Conduct product and supplier research across APAC. Coordinate e-commerce product R&D and propose innovations. Manage supplier communication and product launches. Oversee e-commerce content, visuals, and copywriting.
