Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across the APAC market. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B food ingredients, fragrances or flavor sales, strong leadership skills, and a consultative sales approach. Location: Guangzhou, China (Open to travel across APAC) Role is open to Malaysians, Singaporeans and Chinese Nationals.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business growth and manage existing customers, agents, and distributors across Asia.Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to support company goals.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.Manage regional sales budgets and expenses effectively.Key Requirements:Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Food Science.Proven track record in B2B food ingredients or flavor sales within Asia.Strong team management and leadership experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills.Fluent in English and Mandarin.Goal-driven and willing to travel across the region.
