You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, enhance risk and control frameworks, and support the growth and resilience of our business. You will be empowered to make decisions, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic insights and guidanceLead the implementation of business initiatives and ad hoc projects, including managing the New Business Initiative Approval processDrive business management priorities and maintain comprehensive documentation, focusing on front office operationsCollaborate with the treasury teams, and relevant stakeholders and control functions to evaluate and review business initiativesRepresent the business at operational committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesParticipate in control agendas and work with risk management groups to maintain a robust business control environmentEnhance control and processing frameworks in partnership with Technology, Operations, Middle Office, and FinanceRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related disciplineMinimum 15 years of experience in business management or related rolesComprehensive knowledge of products across banking and markets businessesIn-depth understanding of liquidity risk, structural interest rate risk, and funds transfer pricingStrong control mindset and exceptional analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsCPA or CFA credentials or other professional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodiesExperience in leading cross-functional projects and initiativesProven ability to drive strategic priorities and manage complex documentationDemonstrated success in collaborating with senior leaders and committeesExperience in enhancing control and processing frameworksStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbout UsJ.P.
