Job Responsibilities: Plan, implement and manage pressure systems integrity programsInvolve in implementation of Risk based inspection, fitness for service and remaining life assessmentCarry out corrosion study on pressure equipment and pipingConduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standardsAssist improvement in service delivery by communicating internal/external client feedback as appropriate Give technical guidance to other employees, as appropriate and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standardsLiaise and mange subcontractor day to day activates.
Assess/recommend scope, cost, time, resources of the work to be undertaken for an internal/external client meeting contractual/project requirementsDiscuss/present the deliverable with internal/external client and be able to suggest alternative solutions where appropriateSupport Business Development activities as required, including sharing industry contacts, assisting with Proposals preparation/cost estimations, conference participation, etc. Knowledge on pipeline integrity studies such ICDA, ECDA etc is an added advantageReady to take responsibilities of Integrity Team Leader during leaves of absence. Qualification and Experience: A relevant engineering degree preferably in Corrosion Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
Minimum 10 years of specific experience in Integrity Management, Risk Based Inspection and /In-Service InspectionSufficient relevant previous working experience to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the Relevant specialist requirements, knowledge and application. Knowledge of NDT techniques, applications, and experience in inspection of pressure systemsKnowledge of defect assessment techniques in accordance with relevant codes / standards and API 579. One or more API certification i. e. , 580, 510, 570, 580,653, etc. and have familiarity with industry standardsTo be an effective communicatorAnalytical aptitude with a good attention to detailTo be flexible, adaptable and a diplomatic individualComputer skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
