Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager, HR & OD GeneralistOverview: As an Assistant Manager, HR & OD Generalist in HR Operations and Organizational Development (OD) Implementation, the incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to support and drive various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and foster organizational growth. He or she will be instrumental in executing OD initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's performance, culture, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities HR OperationsOversee daily HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, separation, performance management, and employee relations. Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure accurate data maintenance and reporting.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements. Organizational Development (OD) ImplementationDesign and implement OD strategies to improve employee productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, plan interventions, and execute change management initiatives. Conduct training needs analyses and facilitate training programs aligned with identified needs. Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. Lead employee feedback mechanisms and surveys to gather insights for continuous improvement. Implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Performance Management:

Support the performance review process by providing guidance, tools, and training to managers and employees. Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices. Assist in investigations and resolution of employee relations issues following company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in HR operations and organizational development, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in data management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive change, lead initiatives, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Experience Requirements4-7 years in relevent field.
