For our business, for clients, and for youAssistant Manager – Real Estate As Assistant Manager you will be responsible in supporting the Manager to maintaining a high performing team. You will be expected to build and sustain excellent client relationships and help achieve our mission of delivering excellent client service. Operations:

Client service tasks are planned and executed accurately and on time. Ensure that errors are captured and reviewed for improvement opportunity. Work with other Team Managers and the Senior Team to achieve all service delivery objectives whether internal or externalWork with the Accounting Team to ensure all client accounting requirements are met satisfactorilyAct as an Authorized SignatoryDevelopment of People: To specifically provide the necessary coaching to staff to ensure that team deliveries are at the superlative level. To truly foster the spirit of teamwork and client service excellence across the brief. Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain professional day to day relationships with key clientsMaintain fluent revenue recording, invoicing and collection processesMaintenance of individual client revenue forecasting modelsConduct with each client a periodic service review to support the CRM initiative. Seek and secure follow on revenue opportunities in conjunction with the Senior Team. Skills Required: Have at least 3 years working within a financial institution, preferably within Real Estate.
