For our business, for clients, and for youFacilities AssistantRole summary: We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities Team. The Facilities Assistant is responsible for delivering the day to day facilities services in our Jersey IFC5 offices.

This is a multi-role position where you will be expected to work with and provide cover for the reception. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Facilities Assistant you will assist with: Receive, sort, log and distribute the mail to the appropriate teams, working quickly and accurately. Booking daily couriers as required - Including undergoing local hand deliveries as requested. Assist with stationery orders to replenish items. Monitor the Facilities ServiceDesk and complete any requests within the set time frames. Adhere to all company & client policies, procedures, site rules and regulations.

Comply with all company procedures relating to Health & Safety and safe working practices. To work closely with the receptionists to ensure reception desk is manned and operating to agreed times. This will include lunchtime and holiday cover. A professional telephone manner and smart appearance for these periods will be required. Assist the filing team when required with moving archive boxes. RequirementsSkills / ExperienceStrong customer service skills and experience. Strong team player within a high-quality customer service operation. Knowledge and awareness of the Facilities Industry is beneficial.

(although training will be provided)Be self-motivated, adaptable and able work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines is essential. Have a good working knowledge of the MS offices applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word). Due to the nature of the tasks the role can be physically demanding.
