As a Medical Receptionist, You WillBe the first point of contact, greeting and assisting patients at the front deskAnswer phones and handle enquiries with care, empathy, and efficiencySchedule patient appointments and optimise booking slotsProvide patients with accurate information about procedures, preparation, and costsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including Radiologists, Sonographers, Radiographers, and Admin staffManage patient data entry and handle EFTPOS and cash transactionsAbout YouTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:
