Strategic Business Unit: Cleco APACJob Title: Area Sales Manager, South KoreaLocation: South KoreaJob SummaryWe have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to build new and existing business with accounts in the defined country. As Area Sales Manager you will have a background in field sales and be adept at managing your own time, meeting customers face to face and be a confident seller. You will ideally come from a tools or electrical background and have a good knowledge and understanding of production tools used in motor vehicle assembly environments. Key Responsibilities:
Work towards attainable monthly and annual sales targets to increase sales revenue and provide organic growth. Develop the Distribution Channel and Direct Business for Cleco / Apex in South Korea, but not limited to:
Establishing and leveraging relationships with key decision makers within Hyundai / Kia to drive awareness and gain placement on approved vendor listingsIdentify and communicate voice of customer needs to global product teamPresenting Cleco products and solutions to customers and prospects in the assigned area, with special focus on Hyundai / KiaIdentify, Develop and Manage distributor base, through evaluation, ranking and benchmarking toolsSupport Global Key Account Manager within local customer plants.
Focusing on the distributor network on vertical markets, matching markets and differentiated product offeringManage, improve and grow new & existing customers to achieve the company’s sales targetsBeing fully responsible for quotations, negotiations and order intakeActive market research, being informed about competition and trends Critical Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering10+ years Sales experience within the industry and have experience of selling similar products (Power Tools / Electrical)Expert in Power Tools / Electrical ToolsExperience with managing international distributor networks specifically in South KoreaExperience in Market Management, specifically South KoreaProven Sales Track Record as Area Sales ManagerLanguage Skills:
