Participating in API gateway implementing and publishing and assist in resolving related API interface problem.Stabilize responsible platforms, problem troubleshooting and root cause analysing.Work closely with vendor, 3rd party and stakeholders. Prepare reports on performance and technical key performance indicator.Job ResponsibilitiesOperation, maintenance and configuration of MIFE/ESB/API layer platform and publishing APIs to MIFE. Support and participate in API design and specifications and integrated testing across sub system. Work closely with WSO2 system vendors, 3rd parties and stakeholders. Assist in any tech issues related to API design/performance and API Gateway implementations. To stabilize system performance, day to day monitor and alert to management for problem solving and escalating process. To troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues under time pressure.Development APIs and integration to support business demands and key projects.Work within tight deadlines multi-task effectively. Prepare reports on performance and technical key performance indicator. Willing to work at nighttime if any operation is required, 24h/7days on remote work and emergency onsite support. Job RequirementsUniversity degree or a relevant undergraduate / professional qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering Certification in telecommunication Technology or business acumen is a plusExperience on ReSTFul APIs and Understanding SOAP APIs.Understanding on Application development such as Web, Mobile App and APIs.Experience on LINUX operation system such as SSH, SFTP, TCP, tracing, check logs, shell script and understating Basic Web services and Database configuration.Experience with the following software: RDBMS tools, Visual Studio Code and Eclipse.Able to work comfortably with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Understanding Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs) and microservices including APIs, proxy-services, and Mediation or ESB.Knowledge of MySQL database.Knowledge of WSO2 products, Mobile Connect, MS SQL Server and Oracle is a plus. is a plus.Understanding distributed systems, caching and persistence solutionsStrong in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis.Join Our Team – Apply NowThank you for your interest in joining Smart Axiata!
