Position Overview As an Operations Analyst, you’ll provide advanced technical and analytical support to drive manufacturing efficiency. You’ll apply process improvement techniques to resolve production challenges, develop innovative solutions, and support decision-making through data insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze management information systems and internal dataUse KPIs and performance data to create clear reports for leadershipIdentify information system improvement opportunities and make recommendationsCommunicate data-driven insights to internal and cross-functional teamsLead meetings, summarize outcomes, and develop tracking toolsSupport risk/opportunity analysis and migration planningDevelop and implement standard processes and toolsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience as a data analyst, especially using Microsoft ExcelData entry and spreadsheet managementProficient with Excel formulas and formattingVLOOKUP experience is a plusFamiliarity with Access database and/or SAP is an asset, but not requiredThis role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about using data to support operational excellence.
