The Role: As a Quant Developer, you will work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to develop, enhance, and optimize algorithmic trading systems and quantitative models.
You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tackle real-time data processing challenges in a low-latency environment. Responsibilities include: Designing and developing high-performance systems to process large volumes of real-time financial data. Collaborating with trading teams to optimize trading algorithms and quantitative models. Writing efficient, scalable code in C++, Python, Java, or Go to support complex trading strategies. Designing infrastructure to support algorithmic trading and building systems that can handle massive datasets. Ensuring that systems are fault-tolerant, scalable, and resilient, meeting the demands of high-frequency trading.
Continuously improving system performance, reliability, and scalability for real-time data processing and analysis. What’s Required: A Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in C++ or Python with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience with real-time systems, distributed systems, and working in low-latency environments. A deep understanding of high-performance computing, multi-threading, and concurrency. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
