As a Quant Developer, you will work alongside talented engineers and traders to develop, optimize, and scale high-performance algorithms and quantitative models that drive the firm’s trading strategies. This role will challenge you to work with large-scale data flows, enabling rapid decision-making in a low-latency environment. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing high-throughput, low-latency systems to process real-time market data. Collaborating with trading teams to develop, optimize, and scale quantitative models that inform trading strategies. Writing efficient, scalable code in C++, Python, Java, or Go. Designing and building infrastructure to support algorithmic trading with large, complex datasets.
Ensuring fault-tolerant, scalable, and resilient systems that perform in high-frequency trading environments. Continuously optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability for high-volume real-time data processing. What’s Required: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in C++, Python or Java, with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience building real-time systems, distributed systems, and working in low-latency environments. A deep understanding of high-performance computing, multi-threading, and concurrency. Experience in high-frequency trading, market data systems, or quantitative finance is a plus, but not required.
