Establish Callaway Apparel Design DirectionDevelop Callaway Apparel design direction and strategyManage design team organization and develop team membersBuild consistent design identity aligned with brand concept2. Trend Analysis, Design Execution, and Material DevelopmentAnalyze golf wear trends and conduct market researchDevelop and execute seasonal collection designsResearch materials and develop new materials 3. Seasonal Review Preparation and Main ExecutionPrepare and lead seasonal review meetingsReview samples and manage qualityResolve design issues related to production 4. Close Collaboration with Related Departments Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, production teams, and other related departmentsSupport design concept communication and decision-makingLead cross-departmental collaboration for brand strategy development■ Technical CompetenciesProfessional knowledge and sense in apparel designDesign organization management and leadership capabilitiesDeep understanding of golf wear market and trendsStrong understanding of Callaway Apparel brand conceptEffective communication and leadership skills with related departments■ Education and ExperienceEducation: University degree or above (Textile/Fashion Design or related major preferred)Experience: 15+ years in apparel design (Golf wear brand experience required)Management: Director or Team Leader experience in design organization requiredPreferred: Experience with renowned golf wear brands
