Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, and execute routine, breakdown, and overhaul maintenance of the conveyor system. Knowledge of sequence controls, wiring, schematic drawings, VFD’s, servo motors and other critical electrical/electronic equipment. Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of electrical/electronic systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed effectively and on time, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance. Provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Provide support and training to direct reports as needed to improve performance or generate opportunities for the growth and development of employees. Prepare and submit technical reports documenting maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions. Other projects and duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 3+ year’s Experience in servicing &maintaining Automation system or related field. Strong Knowledge in PLC, servo motors & Industrial control system. Ability to work all levels of electrical voltage; single and three phase motors. Requires working in shifts
