To thrive in this role you should say yes to:A candidate with a master’s degree and 5 -10 years of relevant work experience – preferably as a Appian BPM consultant or similar BPM Platform (i.e. PEGA, IBM, Oracle, etc.)A candidate with in-depth knowledge of public administration, standards, compliance and integration with legacy systemsExperience with designing, developing, and testing innovative Appian solutions as a certified developer.Comfortable coordinating with clients and end-users on specifications, design and final productExperienced in a leading role in workshops, Proof of Concepts, innovative development projects or DevOps teams.Excellent training and coaching of business consultants and junior developers in working with and applying the Appian PlatformStrong critical thinking and decision-making capabilitiesYou will use your technical expertise, platform knowledge and development experience in a multidisciplinary project or DevOps team.
