You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar relevant field. 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile. Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Able to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels. Advanced knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, interviewing, and presentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments. Strategic mindset and strong business acumen to align design work with business objectives. Availability to work full-time from 8am to 6pm US Eastern Time. English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design process for digital products—from discovery and research to production-ready UI. Work on international and diverse projects designing highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business goals.

Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, align goals, and define solutions. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Synthesize user research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies and UI solutions. Collaborate with developers and Project Managers to deliver a high-quality design that can be easily implemented. Present and explain design rationale, process, and deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence. Maintain high-level quality standards to facilitate the design process for the rest of the team and accomplish client goals and objectives.

Produce deliverables to be handed off to UI designers. QualificationsTools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools.
