Job Summary & Purpose:Responsible for repairs of iPhones, Macbook , iMac, Watch and other Apple accessoriesKey Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:1 Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops.2 Should achieve the daily productivity targets3 Should deliver as per KPI of Apple requirement4 Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.5 Update brand systems daily.6 Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction. Qualitative Requirements:Experience (Yrs& Field) 3-4 years’ experience managing repairs of all Apple productsEducational Qualification Diploma/ ITI in ElectronicsProfessional Certifications ACIT and ACMT certifications from Apple Skills & Abilities :- Interpersonal skills: Actively listens and speaks effectively and respectfully to others.- Customer focus: Keeps the customer all the time while making decisions.- Desire to learn: Seeks to acquire new knowledge to improve and develop- Detail orientation: Completes tasks accurately with eye towards quality, process and procedures.- Reliability: Completes tasks and achieves results with minimum oversight
