HORARIO: Lunes a viernes 8 am - 5 pm. 40 horas semanales, 2 dias de descanso. SALARIO: $12. 50 p/hACTIVIDADES: Verificar que los choferes inicien sus rutas en el horario establecido. Mantener un registro de todas las llamadas recibidas y realizadas. Coordinar y contactar a los choferes antes, durante y después de actividades especiales, adiestramientos, eventos naturales, entre otros. Conocer las rutas establecidas por el Departamento de Operaciones y los empleados asignados a cada una. Asistir al supervisor de transporte en procesos de análisis de rutas, planificación y comunicación de cambios en horarios o asignaciones.
Asegurar que los choferes realicen la inspección diaria de las unidades y dar seguimiento a reportes de defectos críticos. Generar reportes sobre incumplimientos de procesos (exceso de velocidad, desvío de rutas, tardanzas, etc. ) y someterlos a los supervisores y/o gerente del departamento. Realizar cotizaciones, confirmaciones y cobros de servicios. REQUISITOS: Grado asociado o Bachillerato completado en Administración, Sistemas de oficina o similar. Conocimiento amplio en el uso de computadoras, incluyendo MS Office y sistemas de navegación por internet. Experiencia previa en logistica o realizando funciones similares.
