General Job Duties: Generates revenues by documenting and inputting attorney billable time and reimbursable expenses; preparing invoices; tracking payments. Maintains client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential. Enhance contribution by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different Assist with special projects as required. Enhances attorney effective reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences, and attorney meetings; scheduling couriers, and other special functions. Accurately prepares legal documents, prepares and tracks invoices, organizes and maintains files, and processes expense reports.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, editing, and copying. Requirements: Bachelor’s DegreeBilingual (English/Spanish)Proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust possess excellent grammar and spelling abilities with excellent proofreading and editing skills, in English and Spanish. Ability to work independently. Must exercise good judgment at all times. Must be able to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
