Providing accurate cost estimates and explaining the required services to customers in a clear and professional manner. Ordering parts and managing the efficient use of company resources. Collecting payment for completed work and documenting all repair activities accurately. Maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stocked. Participating in ongoing technical training to stay up-to-date on new appliances, features, and repair techniques. Communicating effectively with customers, building trust, and providing a positive service experience. Working efficiently to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining a high level of quality. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates must have:High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification. Previous experience in appliance repair is preferred (1+ year). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately. Excellent customer service skills and professionalism. Ability to work independently while managing multiple repair requests efficiently. Attention to detail in completing reports, documenting repairs, and maintaining tools and equipment.
