We truly believe in the transformational benefits of education and training, and as a result we invest over $3 billion a year in tertiary education and training and seek to lift the aspirations and skill bases of all New Zealanders from ages 7 to 74.A permanent role in our Applications team based at TEC’s CBD offices in Wellington.We can offer you:$90,956-$107,007 + 3% KiwiSaverHybrid working availableWellington based role/CBD locationHe angitūtanga: About the Role Reporting to our Team Leader Applications, you will be a subject matter expert for D365 by configuring, maintaining, and optimising the platform so it delivers for our people and the communities we serve.You will, translate them into system solutions, and ensure ongoing support once changes are implemented. In this role you will contribute to continuous improvement, exploring ways to make our systems smarter, faster, and more aligned to TEC’s goals. Key responsibilities include:Acting as a D365 subject matter expert, guiding the business on processes, configuration, and best practice.Providing high-level support and training to users, particularly after new or updated releases.Capturing user feedback to inform ongoing development.Configuring Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level, including form customisations, workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.Supporting our integration with Genesys Cloud for telephony and digital messaging.He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will be someone with solid technical know-how in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the ability to work across integrated systems. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and a clear communicator, comfortable building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have:PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certificationMB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant certificationStrong technical knowledge of D365 CE, including Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources, and Dataverse customisations.Ability to configure D365 CE to an advanced level.Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.A flexible, approachable nature and a positive attitude to work.We can appreciate that not everyone will possess all of these technical skills, so we welcome applications where you may have some areas for development, provided you have the cultural fit to TEC's values.Ngā āhuatangakei a mātou:What's in it for you?
