The position will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager Scandinavia. It will be a home office position located preferably around Trondheim or Oslo, Norway.Your Main Duties Will BeEducate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnelPerform new system installationsEffective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issuesOutstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time managementInitiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installationsSell service contracts to existing Brainlab customersMonitors and promotes customer usage of productsConduct software updatesAttend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and servicesQualificationsPreferably you have completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalentSelf-planning, organization and implementation of all service activitiesAbility to work well in a team environment and individuallyGood sense of humorWilling to travel extensivelySpeak fluently English and Swedish or Danish or NorwegianNecessary to possess a valid driving licenseAdditional InformationA mutually-supportive, international teamMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technologyCompany car, cell phone, laptop - also for private useFlexible working hours as well as homeofficeRegular after work, team, and company eventsComprehensive training and continuing education opportunitiesReady to apply?
