We are looking for Application Consultant ServiceNowJob Description:As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, capture requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and workflows.Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives while helping stakeholders adopt best practices and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.Key responsibilities include:Working closely with stakeholders to capture and document business and functional requirements.Translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.Supporting design workshops, gap analyses, and solution validation sessions.Collaborating with delivery manager, developers and architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.Acting as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities.Augment existing process team to support territories with process readiness, new ways of working, and organizational change management.Training process communities of practice. Creation and modification of PwC”s SOPs for processes and assist member firms with their SOPs as required.In scope processes.ServiceNow experience with the processes and products listed.
