Application Delivery Manager

Robert Half are partnered with an organisation who due to recent acquisition are embarking on a large-scale transformation project. They require a seasoned delivery leader with a passion for driving high-impact technology initiatives in complex environments.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has hands-on experience with platforms like PortfolioAid, DataFile, Bloomberg, or Broadridge.Responsibilities:· Support the continuity and optimization of application delivery during organizational transitions, such as mergers or acquisitions.· Coach & support delivery managers to elevate project execution standards.· Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, architecture) to deliver on time and within scope.· Implement and refine delivery frameworks and governance models.· Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and report on project health to senior stakeholders.· Champion continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Requirements:· 7+ years of experience in application delivery or project management· Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.· Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.Why Join?You’ll be part of a mission-critical transformation in a highly respected financial institution, working alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic, bilingual environment.
