Application Developer – AI Career Planner

This role focuses on building an innovative AI-powered Career Growth Planner designed to help professionals identify and bridge skill gaps for career advancement. The project centers on developing a user-friendly platform where users can upload their resumes and specify target roles, enabling AI-driven analysis to recommend personalized upskilling pathways and forecast potential salary increases. The ideal candidate will play a key part in architecting and implementing the core features, ensuring seamless integration between AI models, intuitive front-end interfaces, and robust backend systems. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance throughout the application. Collaborate on user experience improvements and feature enhancements.Requirements Proven experience in application development, ideally with AI-driven products. Proficiency with OpenAI or Claude APIs for natural language processing and analysis. Strong front-end development skills using Bubble, Lovable, or similar no-code/low-code platforms. Experience with backend development and database management, preferably with Supabase. Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user flows. Familiarity with data privacy best practices and secure handling of personal information. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on a personal project.
