Application Developer – Workflow Automation

A leading customs brokerage is seeking an experienced Application Developer to design and implement a document processing workflow system with integrated chatbot functionality. The role focuses on automating document handling, incorporating human approval steps, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through a chatbot interface and automated email responses.
