This Application Development Engineer provides technical expertise to customers in the areas of product development and application, processing techniques and problem resolution.Job DescriptionApplication development of Riston® dry film photoresist in PCB and FPC industry.Engage with key accounts and value chain stakeholders to identify product value proposition and technology trendFeedback field issues and process conditions to R&D to accelerate new method development for rapid formulation iterationLead real-time technical discussion and provide technical service with customers for optimizing product performance and instant troubleshootingPrepare field technical reports and conduct laboratory work for customer requests if neededProvide training to sales representative if neededJob QualificationsBachelor or Master degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material ScienceExperience in PCB and FPC industry and/or lithographic process is a plusAbility to tackle customer’s critical issuesStrong hands-on based aptitude is requiredAbility to work independently and work with multi-functional teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood project management skillFluent in EnglishBe able to travel within AsiaJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!Qnity is an equal opportunity employer.
