Application Engineer – Fire Protection Systems

A leading company specialized in fire protection systems is seeking to hire a Application Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fire fighting industry.Location: JeddahExperience Required: 3–5 yearsJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer with 3–5 years of proven experience in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and providing support to the sales team in delivering customer-focused solutions.Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review technical and commercial offers in compliance with client specifications and standards. • Conduct detailed cost estimation, pricing, and quotations for fire protection systems. • Assist the sales team with technical expertise to ensure customer requirements are met. • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate proposals. • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical and pricing information. • Support project handover by ensuring technical clarity between sales, design, and execution teams. • Stay updated with NFPA standards, local authority requirements, and industry best practices.Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, suppression, detection systems, etc.). • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and relevant international standards. • Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant design software. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
