In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals.What You’ll DoMaintenance and Reliability: Implement processes to ensure product sustainability and reliability.Issue Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential product risks and issues.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to resolve product issues and improve designs.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance and recommend improvements.Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies to reduce product failures and enhance product lifecycleTechnical assistance for sales and marketing teamsCommunicate with B-line sister plant and customer for technical queries.Drawing and Part number search in SAP for preparing quoteRequest sample for test of TOLCO KFI approvalCheck the related ASTM standard & Korea regulation with related component mill certification.Review the test related drawing and document with KFI engineer & sister plant engineer.Apply the test & audit to web site.Maintain the calibration certification for related Tool.Perform engineering calculations and evaluations including Seismic, mechanical loading, electrical, and fire protection per industry standardsPrepare standardize the inspection report and document.Prioritizes and completes daily and unforeseen tasksIssue quality claim notes and communicate with manufacturing plant until solved. (Keep good communication and interact with relevant department staff)Review and inspect the incoming sample material and manage the quality status.Conduct routine inspection of OEM production and prepare reports. Prepare related document for presentation of MEPConduct inspection for test & audit in factory.Manage engineering projects from quote to receipt of purchase order through timely completion of projectCommunicate with Certification body for maintenance ISO9001, EQMS, KFIApply test for certification notify body ISO/ KC/ KFI/ LloydsPrepare related documents for external audit ISO/ KC/ KFI/ Lloyds.Prepare all expenses related documents for test & audit.Visit customer job sites to identify quality issues.Visit agent for sample audit when KFI auditor visits. QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.More than 5 years’ experience in electromechanical designElectrical Engineering background / Ex-proof product background is preferred / Fluent English.Oil and gas project experienceAutoCAD / ESPLAN / Dialux / Office 365 /SolidWorks (advantage)Yes!
