Application Solution Architect

Job Title: Application Solution ArchitectJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Application Solution Architect with over 13 years of expertise in cloud migration, application modernization, and data transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP, leading large migration projects, mentoring technical teams, and designing end-to-end cloud-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead cloud migration and modernization of on-premises applications and data to cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).Conduct infrastructure assessments using tools like Azure Migrate and define migration pathways for applications, databases, and integrations.Drive cloud solutioning and architecture design for large, complex enterprise migrations.Architect and develop tools and solutions to integrate, automate, and orchestrate cloud operations.Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams to ensure cloud adoption aligns with best practices and governance frameworks.Perform application performance assessments before and after migration.Assess application portfolios and interdependencies to define optimal migration strategies.Design and build Azure Landing Zones and provide Azure Target Architecture with BoM (Bill of Materials), pricing, and licensing details.Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) diagrams for Azure target solutions.Manage and guide teams of 5+ application engineers, providing technical leadership, governance, and mentoring.Ensure the proposed solutions address business, application, and infrastructure layers while delivering value-for-money outcomes.Primary Skills:Strong expertise in on-prem/public cloud infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate.Deep understanding of cloud architectures, migration strategies, and application performance optimization.Proven ability to architect end-to-end Azure solutions, including compute, networking, storage, and security components.Experience in automation, DevOps integration, and cloud orchestration tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
