Application Support - NuGenesis SDM

About the role:We are looking for a Senior ELN / SDMS Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in NuGenesis SDMS to support a global life sciences client in a regulated (GxP) environment.This role focuses on system validation, production support, and compliance, working closely with IT, Business, and Quality teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness.What you will doValidate NuGenesis SDMS in line with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 requirementsConfigure and maintain File Captures in NuGenesis based on client needsProvide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stabilityHandle Incidents and support L2/L3 issues through Problem ManagementSupport audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and internal QA teamsParticipate in implementation, migration, and deployment activitiesAssist with IQ / OQ / PQ validation protocols and documentationCollaborate with IT, Business, and Quality stakeholders to maintain system integrityWhat we are looking for:Mandatory3+ years of hands‑on experience with NuGenesis SDMSExperience in Life Sciences / Pharma environmentsStrong understanding of GxP compliance and system validationExperience supporting regulated systems in productionGood communication skills in a remote / global setupStrong ownership and attention to detailNice to haveExperience with audits and inspectionsExposure to ELN/SDMS implementations or migrationsWhy join:Senior role in a regulated, high‑impact environmentWork on critical scientific data systemsInternational exposure and long‑term project potentialOpportunity to deepen expertise in ELN / SDMS validationBenefits Cognizant:Be Well program - Designed with flexibility in mind to meet the diverse needs of each associate, provides the physical, mental and financial support needed to navigate life and work.
