We are looking for a bilingual professional (English Fluent - B2+) to join our collaborative Finance & Tech team and provide high-impact application support for our U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.This role is perfect for a licensed accountant with a technical mindset and excellent communication skills who thrives in a customer-centric environment.⭐ Your High-Impact Role: Accounting & Tech LiaisonAs an Application Support Accountant, you will be the bridge between finance and technology, ensuring seamless operations and effective client service.Front-Line Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tickets, identifying root causes, and providing support via phone/email for accounting software and CRM platforms.System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot intermediate-to-advanced technical issues related to accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in accounting workflows, software usability, and support documentation.Core Finance Duties: Manage bank relationships (payments, transfers, reconciliations), support month-end/year-end closing, and perform account reconciliations and financial report preparation.Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely revenue and expense allocation.🔑 Essential RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or software application support.Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred (eCommerce, Retail, Powersports, or Manufacturing).Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Solid understanding of financial systems, General Ledger (GL) structures, and accounting systems.Experience with CRM platforms and financial reporting tools.Familiarity with call tracking and case management software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).Language & Soft SkillsFluent English (B2 or higher) is mandatory for client support.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
