Job Description

Your main duties will be:Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.Keep end-user informed on request status and progressSetup configurationParticipate to meetings with the staffProvide coaching session to the staffParticipate to meetings with the development team.Improving documentation/ manual for training/shared knowledgeQualifications:If you haveHigher education or equivalent overall experienceA first successful experience in user support (minimum 1 year)European level C1 in French and English is mandatoryHave a good analytical skills and quickly understand processBe solution-oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problemHigh communication skills and insure customer satisfactionAbility to work in an international/multicultural environmentStrong team player with excellent relationship skillsYou are stress resistant and are able to impart knowledge at various levels
