The opportunityHVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems. Are you looking for a new challenge in an exciting, high-tech environment?Join Hitachi Energy as an Application Support Analyst in Ludvika where you support and train users in PLM & Engineering apps, provide documentation and training materials. As an Application Support Analyst you will also be involved in projects and process and maintaining of it. Everyone has different skills and competencies, and we are interested in learning more about you and what you can contribute with.How You’ll Make An ImpactProvide global support for users of PLM and Engineering applications. Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for application use. Support and manage 3D standard libraries, ensuring consistency and availability. Handle user license and access management, and resolve support issues continuously. Train and support Global Users and Power Users, fostering application proficiency. Collaborate with 3rd line support, including vendors and application suppliers, for issue resolution. Organize and lead User and Power User meetings, promoting knowledge sharing. Deliver cross-departmental user support and training, leveraging strong PLM and lifecycle management expertise. Your background5+ years of experience with PLM & Engineering apps, including modeling, assemblies, and drafting. Skilled in Teamcenter and standard part libraries functionality. HVDC design knowledge is a plus. Clear communicator across all organizational levels and cultures. Professional and dependable, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Fluent in English, Swedish and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.
