Application Support Engineer

Are you ready to support a mission-critical banking application in an agile environment? We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain and improve the app, a key platform in our operations.Your Mission:Provide technical support in production and test environmentsTroubleshoot issues using Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Java logsMonitor and manage batch processes and scheduled jobsUse monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents proactivelySupport end-users and collaborate with agile teams to improve performance Your Profile:1–3 years of experience in application support or similar roleStrong skills in Oracle SQL & PL/SQLBasic understanding of Java troubleshootingFamiliarity with batch processing and monitoring toolsAgile mindset, team player, and strong communication skillsFluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus) What we offer:We offer Permanent contracts as well as Freelancing contracts for long term missions.
