Job Position Title: L1 / L2 Test Environment & Application Support EngineerCompany: RiDiK Pte LtdSkills : Application Support, Infrastructure Support, WAS, OpenShift, Dynatrace, L1/L2 Support, Incident Management, Root Cause AnalysisJob Summary We’re looking for an L1 / L2 Test Environment & Application Support Engineer to support our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage and monitor critical applications and infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of test environments. If you’re strong in log analysis, monitoring tools, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, we’d love to hear from you.Skill SetHands on expertise on handling various Infrastructure environments/Applications especially for the ones hosted on WAS and Open shift platforms.Experience on Analyze logs, troubleshoot application errors, and manage server or network configurations.Experience on configuring and monitoring the Dynatrace systems for alerts, Health check and reporting unusual activities to the next tier.Ability to create/configure various reports through the monitoring tool.Handling advanced system and software configurations and patching that require a deeper understanding of the environment.ResponsibilitiesEstablish a process for L1 and L2 support on Application and infra support.Performing in-depth analysis and investigation into system logs, application errors, and recurring performance issues.Collaboration between L3 (expert engineers/developers) teams, coordinating with other IT teams (network, database, QA) and external vendors when necessary.Creating or updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles to empower Knowledge management.Preparing RCA documents and Incident Summary Report.Report summarizing the status of servers, databases, network components, and overall application availability ,CPU utilization, memory usage, disk I/O, and potential bottlenecks, often highlighting any anomalies or recurring performance issues if any.About CLPS RiDiK RiDiK is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
