ONFTECH AL ARABIA is a subsidiary of ONFTECH. Role OverviewONFTECH AL ARABIA is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our growing technology team in Riyadh. The role involves responding to support tickets, troubleshooting application issues, documenting resolutions, and collaborating closely with the development and product teams. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting customer for ONFTECH products (Level 1-2).Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system to provide technical support to international customers based on SLA requirements.Giving support through remote desktop software whereas phone call, IM support and on-site support on customer premises in Riyadh when it is necessary.Use support ticketing software to track, log and prioritize issues.To analyse the software and hardware problems and produce permanent solutions.To investigate the issues and implementing workarounds and solutions.To contribute to building innovative products by advocating for partners by taking their feedback and sharing it with the Product team to improve processes and product offerings.As technical point of contact to provide training to partners and customers.Preparing periodic support reports to share with customers. QualificationsAt least associate degree preferred (Preferably Computer Programming / Computer Technology and Information Systems / Computer Technology and Programming)Have experience with providing end-user supportHave experience in creating thorough, readable and actionable documentation for the end users with mixed technical knowledgeHave experience on MS SQLHave experience on API, SOAP, Postman is a plusHave knowledge on MQ systems (IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ etc.) is a plusA team player with analytical thinkingHave service and customer-centric mindsetExperience working within a helpdesk environment, working within SLAsAssist in product improvements by sharing user feedback with the Product teamFluency in English and ArabicOpportunitiesProfessional Growth: Work on cutting-edge fintech projects with exposure to global markets.Flexible Work Culture: Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment while collaborating with a global team.Impactful Projects: Contribute to transformative solutions in the fintech industry.Learning and Development: Access training programs, certifications, and mentorship to advance your career.Global Exposure: Engage with international clients and diverse business practices. If you believe you are the right fit for this role, we are excited to receive your application!
