JOB DESCRIPTION:Role: L2 Application SupportLocation: SingaporeExperience: 5+ YearsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.Experience in providing L1 & L2 technical support in Banking Strong Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.Experience working with relational databases String knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.Good understanding of microservices architecture and web application troubleshootingFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and deployment practices.Experience working with Control-m toolAn understanding of the ITIL framework and processes for Incident, Problem, Change management.
